DAY 1

MEDAN – PARAPAT – SAMOSIR ISLAND (L,D)

DAY 2

SAMOSIR ISLAND EXCURSION – BERASTAGI (B,L,D)

Upon arrive at Kuala Namu Airport Medan, you will be meet by your tour guide, then transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch proceed to Parapat Lake Toba via Tebing Tinggi and Pematang Siantar. Driving over a scenic road with magnificent views over estate plantations of rubber, palm oil, cocoa and paddy terraces. Enroute stop at Patent Shop in Pematang Siantar to buy some local snacks products such as Teng Teng or Ting Ting, Crackers etc (personal expenses). Arrive at Parapat, a town on the shore of tranquil Lake Toba. Check in to hotel for overnight at Parapat or transfer by boat for overnight at Samosir island. Dinner included. Rest of the evening at leisure: You can walk around the hotel and shopping souvenir.

Optional tour :Cycling around beautiful Samosir Island, you have plenty of opportunity to observe surroundings.

After breakfast at hotel. Today you will explore Samosir Island by boat visit Tomok village to see the Batak King’s tombs Raja Sidabutar, Ambarita most interesting Batak Toba village and known for its unique stone chairs tribunal and execution stones where enemies and criminals were slaughtered. After Lunch at Parapat proceed to Berastagi. Enroute stop at Simarjarunjung hill the highest view to see Lake Toba, enjoy ginger tea and fried bananas (personal expenses). Stop at Sipiso Piso waterfall to see this magnificent 110 metres tall waterfall and an extraordinary view of Lake Toba from the north side. Proceed to Berastagi a highland resort with its refreshing weather and magnificent mountain scenery and then visit the Central Fruit Market to buy tropical fruits, vegetables and flowers. Check in and Dinner at the hotel. Optional tour: Simple trekking to the crater of an active volcano/a perfect view over Mt. Sibayak and to Hot Spring Berastagi.

BERASTAGI - MEDAN (B,L,D)

DAY 4

MEDAN - TRANSFER (B)

Breakfast at the hotel, back to Medan by two hours in driving time through some part of the lush tropical rain forest via Sibolangit and Sembahe. Arrive in Medan transfer to a local restaurant for Lunch. After lunch visit Maimoon palace and enjoy shopping at Batik house, telekung, Pasar Petisah (traditional market), Sun Plaza and newest Podomoro branded Mall. Dinner and check in to hotel in Medan. In the evening you can walk around Medan for shopping and night life in Medan.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the appropriate time we transfer you to Kuala Namu Airport for fly home with a beautiful memory from Medan.
